As a Senior Technical Product Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal part in bridging marketing and technology. You'll work on a flagship mar-tech platform consolidating 25 legacy products into a single, innovative solution. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients, uncovering their challenges and translating them into actionable features. Market Research: Evaluate competitors and emerging trends, including AI advancements, to define product differentiators and new capabilities. Requirement Analysis: Translate marketing challenges into technical specifications for architects and developers. Product Validation: Oversee feature development end-to-end, ensuring solutions meet client needs and deliver value. Agile Collaboration: Participate in two-week sprint cycles, ensuring timely delivery of critical milestones. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams, from pre-sales to developers, to deliver seamless product experiences. This Role is For You If You Love collaborating directly with clients and C-suite stakeholders to uncover and solve their unique challenges. Have a knack for translating technical complexities into simple, impactful solutions for non-technical audiences. Are excited by the prospect of shaping greenfield projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. This Role is Not For You If You Prefer isolated, routine tasks over dynamic collaboration with diverse teams. Are not comfortable with being on-site with clients or in the office three days a week. What You Bring Experience: 5 years in a Business Analyst or Technical Product Analyst role with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles. Data & Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data-driven insights and platforms like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Postman. Technical Knowledge: Ability to engage with architects and developers to ensure requirements are well-defined and achievable. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently partner with C-level executives.
