Key Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate with prior experience in accounts/bookkeeping.
This role offers an immediate start, with salary determined by skills and experience. The key responsibilities include:
* Bank and various account reconciliation
* Credit card reconciliation
* Customer account enquiries
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Reconciliation of ledgers, including accruals and prepayments
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Debt collection/credit control
* Assisting staff payroll and superannuation
* General administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* An eye for detail and procedures
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethics
* A current WA Driver's License and National Police Clearance
