The role:
We're on the hunt for a fabulous barista for a casual role at Forest, located in Crystalbrook Byron.

Crystalbrook Byron, just 5 minutes from the hub of energy that is Byron Bay, is a rainforest retreat, a slice of luxury, and a paradise wrapped into an environment that relaxes hearts and reinvigorates minds.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care.
* Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area.
* Stay knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment. Lattte art is a bonus!
* You must have a NSW RSA card
* Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for coffee.
