We're on a mission to bring new and uplifting experiences to our guests, transforming flying from simply 'nice', to something wonderful.Like any good mission, this one starts with our people.Which is why we encourage our team to embody the fun, laid back, authentic spirit we've become famous for.Because when they're free to be themselves, they're better able to own their personal responsibilities and go the extra mile to help our guests.Job Overview Work type: Full-Time (Permanent) Location: Brisbane Job type: Organisational Change Manager – Enterprise Change We're the airline that's always done things a little different.Our way.The Virgin way.For us, flying is so much more than simply taking off and landing (although we understand that is quite important).It's about going the extra mile, in the air and on the ground, to create authentic experiences that put our guests firmly at the heart of everything we do.What you'll be doing: As the Organisational Change Manager (Enterprise Change) you will support the delivery of the Virgin Australia Organisational Change Management Plan for FY23/24.You will play a key role to sustainably uplift the capacity, capability, maturity and resilience for change and transformation across the Virgin Australia group.You will help to co-create, coordinate and facilitate change leadership capability upskilling to support enterprise-wide change maturity uplift.Reporting to the Head of Organisational Change Management you will work alongside other OCM Practitioners located across the organisation as well as the Transformation Team.You will have extensive exposure to a variety of business stakeholders right across the enterprise including the Operations, VARA (our Charter service provider) and the People team.Your role will include however not be limited to: Drawing on experience and knowledge of different OCM models, frameworks and paradigms to select right "first' principals and methodologies to support the development of Virgin Australia's Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Communities of Practice (CoP).Support the launch, adoption and embedment of new OCM framework and Minimum Standards.Prepare high impact presentation material and key messages to support effective business engagement.Drive awareness and buy-in into OCM through targeted showcases and engagement across the business that drives behavioural change across project sponsors, change agents and leaders.Support delivery of effective organisational change management strategies and processes across select enterprise-wide or high-risk initiatives until they are adequately resourced.Provide coaching and advisory support on enterprise-level or high-risk initiatives across the enterprise to help accelerate the adoption of quality, best practice OCM processes and activities in line with framework and standards. Who we are looking for: You are passionate about organisational change and its value to an organisation.You can comfortably manage ambiguity and lead others through it, have pride in quality and delivering great outcomes, and be a self-starter who can manage accountabilities and time effectively.In addition you will have: Extensive experience with medium and large scale organisational change efforts.Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels in an organisation.
