This is a permanent part-time position, with a minimum of three days per week, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Plans: Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for key accounts in Western Australia.
Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular contact and support.
Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents via weekly sessions, presentations, and e-commerce strategies.
Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure effective use and placement of marketing materials in key account agencies.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and beneficial trade/consumer events.
Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring timely reporting.
Group Business Management: Foster group business from initiation to departure, maintaining agent contact throughout.
Budget Management: Manage the budget efficiently, adhering to policies.
Qualifications/Knowledge:
Proven experience in sales management and account management.
Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
Intimate knowledge of the travel agency network, distribution chains, and key account relationships is advantageous.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback.
Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills.
