Reporting to the CEO, your main responsibility is to manage and improve all aspects of Poultry Operations, making processes more efficient.Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement change management strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.Create a clear vision for operations focused on efficiency, productivity, and leveraging technology.Lead and develop teams within Poultry Operations, ensuring staffing levels and capabilities meet strategic needs.Build and manage a strong team to ensure safe, efficient operations, with a focus on health, safety, and quality compliance.Identify and minimize risks related to products and systems within processing, packing, maintenance, and storage areas.Ensure all assets are operational and well-maintained in coordination with the engineering team.Manage waste disposal and environmental practices, including waste stream management and supporting the setup of new facilities as needed.IS THIS YOU?You are a motivated leader with a strong reputation for inspiring your team.
