Your Role
As the Manager of Adele House, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation service, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape innovative AOD programs, motivate a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and make a positive impact on the lives of those we support.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and supervise staff within the AOD Programs, ensuring services align with organisational policies, NSW Clinical Care Standards, and QIC Accreditation.
Implement the Strategic Plan within your team, focusing on outcome-based improvements and excellence in service delivery.
Ensure compliance with WHS, safeguarding guidelines, and risk management systems, promoting a safety-first approach.
Oversee program delivery, including Core AOD groups, therapeutic programs, health services, and vocational training through the Skills to Work program.
Collaborate with external services to ensure continuity of care and maintain valuable partnerships.
Provide data-driven insights to support planning, evaluation, and quality improvement.
Ensure smooth site operations in coordination with Facilities and Property teams, including site maintenance and kitchen services.
Supervise team members, fostering performance development, mandatory training, and opportunities for professional growth.
You Will Need
Tertiary qualification in relevant field such as Social Work, Social Science, Community Welfare or 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven management experience, including operations and team leadership.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Expertise in drug and alcohol rehabilitation and mental health, with experience in evidence-based interventions and care planning.
Knowledge of community resources, including health, mental health, legal assistance, employment services, and accommodation.
Strong WHS knowledge and experience managing complex caseloads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data collection systems.
NSW driver licence (unencumbered).
