The Opportunity You will collaborate closely with the Commercial and Operations Manager to achieve business results and report to the General Manager. The primary objective of this role is to drive business success across the nation by leading your sales team to boost customer awareness and understanding of the company’s products and services and cultivate meaningful partnerships. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy, marketing, and sales of the Home Care business unit. Your responsibilities & duties Build and manage your own sales team Maintain current business relationships and form new ones Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic business plans Push your team's development as well as your own to achieve unified business goals Communicate new suppliers by approving and managing new/current suppliers Drive the execution of national plans through your sales team Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the industry Oversee financial planning including budgeting, forecasting to ensure the right allocation of to maximise ROI Assess overall company performance against objectives Attend industry events to connect with potential new suppliers and maintain your relationship with existing Mentor and provide performance reviews for your team Your skills & experience Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical/ingredients company is beneficial, particularly within home care A degree in Marketing, Business, or Science is highly beneficial Strong knowledge of Salesforce is preferred Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team Their benefits to you Competitive salary - car allowance phone laptop Ongoing training and development to continue to grow your skillset Opportunity to build and manage your own sales team Salary reviews after 12 months How to apply To apply for this position online, please click 'Apply'.
