What you'll do:Implement recommendations from financial advice plans for our clients.Maintain precise client records.Complete administrative duties such as booking appointments, maintaining calendars, answering phone calls, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks as required.Develop and sustain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact.Liaise with third parties including accountants and/or lawyers for a comprehensive client service.Who you are:You bring energy and motivation to your work.You are passionate about creating amazing outcomes for clients.You like autonomy but know that you need your team to hit your goals.You're obsessed with being part of a culture that is committed to growth and innovation.You love to have fun (because work shouldn't be boring).To be considered for this role you will require:Fast-paced administration experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.Strong organisational abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client privacy.Proficiency in office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.Desirable (not essential) qualifications and experience:Experience working in a financial advice support role.Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and financial markets.Proficient use of financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools.Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the financial planning industry.Experience in completing client documentation, research, and analysis to support advisor financial recommendations.Diploma in Financial Planning or a related business qualification is desirable, with a readiness to gain further certifications as required.If this sounds like you, don't wait!
