Job Profile A Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services. This role serves as domain expert and spokesperson for designated solutions or product segments (S/4HANA Public Cloud). They are primarily responsible for pipeline growth, deal support, market development, and development of content for solution-based training. Key Responsibilities and Tasks These are some of the responsibilities you will have: Deal Support The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist is instrumental in elevating SAP's presence and impact in potential customer engagements. Their primary responsibility lies in executing presales presentations and crafting them, ensuring they communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions. They will lead discovery sessions with potential clients, ensuring that SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements. Demand Generation A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will play a role in our demand generation efforts, enhancing and refining content that speaks directly to our prospective clients. Digital Content They will actively contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios. Sales Enablement A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will participate in the creation and refinement of training materials, ensuring sales teams are well-prepared to address customer inquiries. Experience and Language Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or computer engineering is required. Prior experience and professional expertise in software development, integration platforms and/or AI technologies. Experience in consulting and/or presales with S/4 HANA Public Cloud OR a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in similar technology stacks. Knowledge/expertise in supply chain & logistics is a plus. Confident with topics like Cloud in the B2B environment, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models.
