Overview
We have a great leadership opportunity available with Whyalla Community and Allied Health as a Community Nursing Coordinator.
In this role you will hold a pivotal position in coordinating the community nursing services across sites within Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. This includes clinically prioritising new referral and coordinating in home services and hospital based patient care clinic coordination.
