The department has a comprehensive induction program, ongoing professional support and supervision, monthly in-services, a funding allowance for continuing professional development, a variety of research interests, and great working relationships with other Allied Health professions.
There are 20 Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants working across 3 main service streams of inpatients, outpatient, and community, and there is a place for you in our team to grow, develop and belong.As part of our team delivering high-quality Podiatry Services, you will:Promote, develop, and provide Podiatry services in accordance with professional standards, best practice, and evidence, to a predominantly specialist or complex caseload, in order to improve foot health outcomes for patients.Provide clinical direction and professional supervision and support to Level 1-2 Podiatrists and undergraduate podiatry students.Assist with the development of podiatry clinical services through planning, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and research activities.Details of Appointment:Permanent, part-time, day worker position, working 30.4 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
