The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Integrated Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team.
As an Integrated Supply Planner, you will lead and develop key category activities, including launch, transition, ongoing supply, promotional reviews, and phase out of items, across all Australia and New Zealand Distribution Centres.
You will work closely with the buying team and contribute to the evolution of reporting for the Supply Planning function, delivering analytical insights and category ownership.
About the Role
Be the central point between customers, suppliers, and our organization, ensuring supply and driving industry-leading availability.
Develop and align production plans with suppliers to support business and category activities, including raw material procurement and finished goods production.
Contribute to continuous improvement and productivity through evolved reporting and our exclusive supplier portal.
Ensure production plans, allocation quantities, and distribution approaches are aligned, with internal and external approvals.
Develop contingency plans and risk mitigations to optimize stock in the supply chain.
Communicate with suppliers and customers on promotions, including volume planning documentation, visibility reporting, and general communications.
Align inbound freight methods with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders for the best fit.
Arrange product trials, transport tests, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Manage suppliers to ensure adherence to company operational requirements and key performance metrics.
Resolve ongoing concerns related to supply, operations, and non-adherence to customer specifications.
Conduct supplier feasibility studies and other work required by the customer to support strategic sourcing.
Reconcile raw product and finished goods at the end of promotions or deletions to minimize costs.
About You
Proven integrated supply planning experience in FMCG, QSR, or distribution is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with buyers, restaurants, replenishment planners, and customer service teams.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using supply chain management systems and tools is preferred but not required.
