This particular long-term engagement is an industry leading program of work, whereby you will support and develop web applications that will positively impact the experience of millions of Australians. Being a high-profile client and program of work, you will gain exposure to a bespoke design system, whilst collaborating with exceptional technologists.
Your key responsibilities
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer, required to support web applications and infrastructure for clients across Australia. This role would suit someone who has had developer experience and has had some exposure to cloud infrastructure looking to further their career in the infrastructure field as a cloud architect or in a DevOps role.
* Resolve client requests in a timely manner based on agreed delivery dates
* Maintain quality support documentation
* Monitor client requests (Email, ITSM Tickets, Phone calls)
* Support Service Delivery Manager’s to create monthly operational reports as required
* Escalate any operational issues needing attention to SDM’s, Senior Staff or Head of Managed Services
* Prepare for client meetings, including review and knowledge of current and backlog tickets
* You will also be involved in incident management, be available for “on call duties” for up to 2 weeks per month.
* Conduct investigations into incidents to ensure they are not repeated
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and processes of client platforms
* Assist in the preparation of new proposals or pitch decks for prospective clients
Core skills that you will bring to EY:
* .Net framework/core development experience, understands or can debug front end code
* CMS experience such as Sitecore, Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco etc.
* Ability to administer cloud infrastructure such as Ms Azure or AWS is a bonus
* It will also be great if you have experience in SQL/NoSQL database, Terraform, DevOps practices, SSL, GIT, ITIL knowledge or Certification.
