About the Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a motivated and skilled Revenue Officer to join our team in the Financial Services Unit of the Council.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide valuable advice and support to help deliver the key objectives of Council's Strategic Plan, particularly related to Council's revenue.
* Assist the Senior Revenue Officer in ensuring the smooth operations while offering exceptional customer service.
* Handle telephone and counter inquiries and respond to correspondence related to revenue matters in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
The Role:
This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week. We offer flexible work arrangement options, including hybrid work arrangements, the option of a nine-day fortnight, or monthly RDO.

About You:
You are a problem solver with the ability to critically think on your feet. You hold a Certificate IV in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, or have demonstrated comprehensive experience in a similar role.
You should also have a solid background in an office environment, with a strong understanding of financial systems and operations.
