Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace
* Manage and mentor a team of two reception and facilities staff
* Oversee front-of-house services, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
* Handle procurement, purchasing, and supplier coordination
* Manage office facilities, liaising with vendors and service providers
* Coordinate office maintenance, security, and compliance with workplace safety regulations
* Implement and improve office processes to enhance efficiency
* Assist with event coordination, including internal meetings and company functions
* Support senior leadership with administrative tasks as required
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administration Manager in a similar role
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and delegating to a team
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to oversee procurement, facilities, and office administration
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Experience managing office budgets and negotiating with suppliers
* Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
