Key Account Manager - Your future position? Location: Baulkham Hills (Sydney) OR Melbourne Reporting to: Sales Manager, Taste & Wellbeing As a Key Account Manager, you will develop current business and develop new business and external client relations by securing briefs and identifying and responding to opportunities. Develop excellent internal client relationships in all important areas (Purchasing, Marketing and Technical) and at all levels within the organisation. Main Responsibilities Drive for results Deliver sales performance and achieve sales targets Work against the annual budget planned to achieve new wins New products introduction Prepare monthly sales forecast with the planning team Monthly reporting and presenting of new wins Develop plans designed to win and retain new key accounts Customer Experience Manage the key customer accounts as allocated and defined in the Key Account List Secure project briefs by encouraging customer relationships by understanding customer's business and marketing strategies Undertake regular customer visits to service customer needs and promptly deal with issues and complaints Understand external customer business strategy (e.g. studying customer annual report) Account Management Maintain Project briefs in Atlas Proactive presentations for potential customers Regular Data maintenance Follow up on the customer payments Monitor competitor movements and marketplace dynamics ensuring information is communicated with important company partners Main Requirements At least 5 years of sales experience in food or related industry Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business or any relevant area At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
