This position is the linchpin for ensuring the high-functioning management team and workplace runs smoothly. You will be the glue that keeps the office running This role is perfect for someone who is organised and detail-oriented with great communication skills. A proactive problem solver who is adaptable, confident and customer service oriented. You will find enjoyment in maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. About You At least 2 years of administration / corporate reception experience is preferable. A diploma or minimum Certificate 3 in Business Administration is preferable. Excellent time management and multi-talking abilities Effective communicator and able to liaise with a range of stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment The ability to learn new systems and programs quickly and effectively The ability to work independently and show initiative Sound problem-solving skills and knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Office Suite Responsibilities: Attend to office phone line & inbox, ensuring timely response and keeping the inbox clear Supporting senior leadership team with high level documentation and administrative duties Ensuring all office supplies are up to date Attend and take minutes at monthly meetings.
