Job Description
Are you a creative social media enthusiast ready to shape brand narratives across leading educational institutions?
At Navitas Careers & Industry division, we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support our digital presence across globally recognised education brands, including SAE University College, ACAP University College, Navitas Skilled Futures, Charles Sturt University – Sydney and Melbourne, and Women and Leadership Australia.
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you’ll create engaging content, manage daily posting schedules, and build vibrant online communities across multiple social media platforms. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining brand consistency, developing SEO-rich blogs to support PR and social strategies, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your digital expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values innovation and creativity.
What You’ll Do:
* Create compelling multimedia content across multiple educational brands, including filming, editing, and designing content.
* Manage content calendars and scheduling to maintain a consistent brand presence.
* Build and nurture online communities through active engagement, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
* Write and publish blogs that enhance brand visibility and support PR initiatives.
* Track performance metrics using analytics tools such as AgencyAnalytics, providing insights to inform future strategies.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
* Support event coverage by capturing and sharing real-time content that highlights campus activities and brand values.

* Camera Confidence: Comfortable talking on camera, filming engaging content, and editing for TikTok to create dynamic and authentic brand stories.
* Social Media Obsession: You don't just use social platforms – you understand their algorithms, trends, and unique languages.
* Content Creator Confidence: Comfortable stepping in front of the camera, directing others, and producing engaging content that showcases campus life.
* Multi-Platform Mastery: Skilled at crafting tailored content for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more that resonates with different audiences.
* Detail-Oriented Juggler: Able to manage multiple brand voices while maintaining each one's unique identity and content calendar.
* Growth Mindset: Proven ability to build communities and boost engagement metrics (highly favoured but not essential).
* Wordsmith Skills: Capable of crafting captions that stop the scroll and blog content that keeps readers engaged.
* Team-Player Energy: Collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with our Marketing team and the wider community.
