Suncorp Group is looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our Terri Scheer Team based in Adelaide on a full-time basis. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week.
The Role
Our Terri Scheer brand is one of the market leaders in Landlord Insurance. We are looking for a vibrant, passionate and customer focused individual to join our Claims team on a permanent full-time basis. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering a brilliant claims service in the moments that matter for our customers. In this diverse support role you will be responsible for providing technical support, quality assurance, claims processing, training, developing and coaching team members to perform their best.
Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities for this role include:
1. Supporting the team leader to achieve strategic business goals
2. Onboarding and training of new staff
3. Supporting the claims team with technical support and coaching for success
4. Build strong relationships, work effectively in diverse and flexible teams
5. Perform quality assurance tasks efficiently with exceptional accuracy
6. Reviewing and approving claim payments
7. Managing a portfolio of claims within service standards
8. Passion for identifying and implementing changes to optimise the team and business
9. Perform quality listening and coaching in line with the EMPOWER model.
Skills & Experience
