Your duties will include:Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsWorking collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.This role can be based from either our Shepparton, Wangaratta, or Albury offices, and travel across the North East region is expected as part of the role.Our new team member will have:A qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or OsteopathyFull Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Strong communication skills to build and develop relationshipsExcellent time management skills - able to work autonomously as well as within a team environmentA desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative and achieve resultsA passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefitsEnergy and drive to grow our servicesA current driver’s license and access to their own vehicleNew team members are matched up with a buddy and enjoy comprehensive induction and employee assistance programs combined with ongoing workplace mentoring.
