About the Role They are currently seeking 2 x professional and empathetic Call Centre Operators to join their team in Sydney Olympic Park. This is an estimated 3month temp assignment, with a potential to extend. The position requires staff members to be flexible to work across rotating rosters 24/7. These will be 4 x 9.5hour shifts across the following roster times; 6am – 4pm 10am – 8pm 12:30pm – 10:30pm 8:30pm – 6:30am Working within the Rostering, Deployment and People Hub Teams, you will be required to receive high volume inbound calls and record absence of staff into multiple HRIS. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact, providing high level, professional and empathetic customer service Respond to enquiries, in an accurate and timely manner Receive high volume inbound calls, operating contact centre telephony and other communication systems Accurately record information into the system Coordinate and roster shift vacancies with available staff Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Comply with all privacy and confidentiality legislative obligations, ensuring information integrity is not compromised Adhere to all Contact Centre daily and monthly KPI’s About you Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Empathetic nature with remarkable interpersonal skills Professional, resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels High attention to detail Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlines Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite Requirements Minimum 2-3years high volume contact centre experience HR or Rostering Call Centre experience, highly advantageous Flexibility to work a 4 day/38hours per week across Monday to Sunday 24/7 roster Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
