The Role
As we continue to grow, we have multiple opportunities available in our Supported Independent Living and Community Access programs. We work with participants who have a wide range of support needs, assisting them in maintaining a high quality of life and reaching their personal aspirations, both at home and in their community. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting participants with daily tasks, including personal care, medication, and domestic activities Providing transport to appointments and community activities Helping individuals develop skills to achieve their personal goals Accurately reporting on shift outcomes and completing necessary documentation Supported Independent Living positions: You'll need flexibility to work within a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shifts (inactive).
Community Access positions: Flexibility is key as you'll adapt to the varying support needs of our participants.

A current driver's license and access to a vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance A smartphone with data First Aid/CPR Certificate* Blue Card* Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance* NDIS Worker Orientation Module* (free via ) Must be obtained before commencement. What We Offer
