The role involves managing premium assets, enhancing tenant experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager must have a strong grasp of the commercial real estate industry and excellent leadership skills.An overview of the role:Primary Contact: Serve as the main liaison for the Lendlease Investment Manager. Address concerns, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Asset Management: Understand and comply with property management agreements. Oversee operations, including financial performance, leasing, and tenant relations. Collaborate with the Investment Manager to develop strategic property plans.Customer Retention: Create and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty. Engage proactively with tenants to understand their needs and strengthen relationships. Work with marketing teams to develop targeted initiatives.Financial Performance: Maximize financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, and revenue. Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to enhance revenue streams.Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Conduct performance assessments and develop succession plans. Ensure all team members receive necessary training.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
