Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of four Sales Specialists across Victoria and Tasmania by driving a culture of high performance, collaboration, and success.
* Coach and mentor the team to drive results and play an active role with key customers in the field.
* Oversight of Victorian/Tasmanian Commercial success and associated growth targets.
About You
We are looking for a State Manager with a strong focus on results and team development, coupled with commercial capability and executive selling experience.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower sales teams.
* Experience in medical sales or similar experience selling direct into the Acute and Long Term care sectors.
* Ability to analyse sales data and communicate outcomes.
* Strong influential communicator and customer service skills.
