YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll drive the success of our Department Stores & Speciality Retailer accounts. Bring your passion and creativity to optimise sales opportunities across our Coty portfolio of brands, with a focus on fragrance, skincare and colour categories.
Reporting to National Field Sales Manager based in Sydney, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Driving sales across the assigned accounts by building and managing pro-active, successful customer relationships.
2. Leading by example, coaching and guiding Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors to achieve outstanding results, with a client centric focus
3. Developing account business plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, budgets and business goals.
4. Coordinating the implementation of sales and promotional plans and presented seasonally with Myer, David Jones, Sephora, Mecca Maxima.
5. Presenting brand strategies seasonally.
6. Liaising with all Counter Managers and beauty consultants to promote the effective execution of sales and promotional plans.
7. Supporting with the recruitment and development of Beauty Advisors
8. Analysing the sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts.
9. Gathering business intelligence, monitoring competitor activity and reporting on developments to National Field Sales Manager

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
Your love for working in a fast-paced environment, focused on building strong relationships and ability to deliver outstanding results, will make you a great addition to the team. Additionally, you will also have:
10. Minimum 2 year’s experience as Territory Manager, preferably experience in leading a team within the Beauty industry
11. Strong retail knowledge and understanding of both consumer marketing and sales techniques.
12. Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
13. Dynamic sales personality with an entrepreneurial spirit driven by results and strong interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
14. Ability to travel within a given region and territory as required, possessing a valid driver’s license.
15. Ability to work flexible hours as required from time to time in line with retail industry needs.
16. Excellent computer skills in MS Office are a requirement including Excel skills at an intermediate level.
