Key Responsibilities:
* Managing calendars and inboxes for the Partner and team.
* Handling monthly billing processes and managing accounts reports.
* Organising and maintaining documents and files across multiple matters.
* Liaising with clients and external stakeholders.
* Coordinating travel, including flights and accommodation.
* Assisting with e-filing and general administrative tasks as required.
About You: You’re a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with at least 6+ years experience as a Legal Assistant within a mid or top-tier law firm, ideally in Commercial Disputes or Intellectual Property.
* It goes without saying that you'll know your way around Legal Practice Management software and monthly billing.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - this is crucial.
* Work well under-pressure and have an unflappable nature.
* A positive, self-motivated approach and the desire to thrive in a high-performing team.
