This role involves managing a small team of skilled technicians, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and addressing issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness.Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Maintenance Planning and Execution:Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.Troubleshoot and address electrical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.Equipment Upkeep:Oversee the inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems.Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and reliability.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Budget Management:Develop and manage the maintenance budget.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.Implement and promote safety protocols to create a secure working environment.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
