We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. If you have a passion for logistics, excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound material flow through 3PL warehouses
2. Resolve order issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods and more
3. Collaborate with 3PLs
4. Coordinate with transport partners on shipments, addressing delivery challenges, delays, or damaged freight
5. Handle customer complaints
6. Track sales orders and maintain reporting to ensure shipments are on schedule
7. Participate in KPI reviews and drive improvements in logistics performance
8. Manage export processes, including returns to suppliers
9. Support cross-functional logistics tasks, including inventory accuracy and inbound/outbound processing
Who We're Looking For:
10. Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transport environment
11. Previous experience managing third-party suppliers is a plus
12. Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP experience is an advantage
13. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
14. Customer service-driven, able to handle a fast-paced, busy environment with a focus on solutions
15. Strong data analysis capabilities with attention to detail
16. Familiarity with operational planning and logistics management practices
17. Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is advantageous but not essential
