As a Capability Advisor, you'll lead initiatives that empower leaders and inspire our team members, making a tangible impact every day.As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll partner with P&C Business Partners and specialists to assess, design and implement initiatives that develop our workforce capabilities, culture and engagement. Your expertise in reporting and data analysis will be crucial as you communicate progress, identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities to make the work experience.You’ll contribute to engagement and culture projects, foster a positive and inclusive workplace and organise events and activities that support Crown’s desired culture.By preparing insightful reports and data-driven recommendations, you’ll inform the employee experience and capability to delight our guests. Your skills in data and reporting, you'll drive meaningful change, ensuring our workforce remains engaged, high-performing, and aligned with Crown's commitment to exceptional service and compliance.Some of the key responsibilities:Track and communicate progress on culture change and People & Culture initiativesAnalyse data to identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities to improve the employee experienceProvide data-driven recommendations to drive change.Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for developing capability and engagement.Organise events and activities that support cultural initiatives and encourage team participation.What we are looking for:Relevant tertiary education and/or experience in Organisational Development, HR, or a related field.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerBI, etc.) with strong analytical skills to interpret data and report on program success.Strong communication skills for creating clear, engaging content, and confident in leading learning sessions and workshops.Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, with strong project management skills.Collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for supporting organisational culture and a positive employee experience.Ready to make waves and be part of an innovative team?
