The Role Reporting to a Portfolio Manager and Asset Manager, your duties will include the management of a commercial and industrial property portfolio under the guidance and mentorship of some of the most supportive and knowledgeable managers in their field. Working on a number of key assets in the Victorian portfolio, you will be across: Day to day property management – from site presentation, managing tenant requests, capex, make goods, risk assessment The preparation of reports Processing of invoices Building and nurturing tenant relationships Rent reviews and arrears management Budget planning & preparation Liaising with Building Supervisors Provide support to the Senior Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager The Requirements Candidates must have the following skills and experience: A relevant tertiary qualification (property, building, construction, engineering) A current valid Victorian drivers licence Circa 2-3 years in industrial property management The Benefits The successful Property Manager will enjoy a myriad of industry leading benefits: Excellent career prospects.
