Group Manager
Welcome to the Operations Team
The Group Manager plays a pivotal role in coaching, supporting and leading our store teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage Store Managers and their team to drive team engagement within the group
* Create and support initiatives that drive a Customer First culture within the group
* Lead through change initiatives and be open to Agile ways of working
* Build and develop self-sufficiency and capability within the group
The ideal candidate will have:
* Retail leadership experience, multi-site exposure
* Experience leading and embedding change and the ability to prioritise
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* A strategic mind and the ability to see the bigger picture to align our store priorities to support achieving them
