You’ll play a key role in business planning, annual reporting, and corporate planning—critical functions for the agency’s high-level strategic goals. This backfill position offers the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to key reports such as the Annual Report and Corporate Plan. The Role In this role, you will: Assist with business planning and reporting processes, including the development of key organisational plans Contribute to the creation of performance reports for senior leadership and the Board Support the drafting and development of the Annual Report and Corporate Plan Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities Assist in maintaining performance frameworks and reporting dashboards Ensure compliance with APS corporate planning requirements The Ideal Person The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in business planning, annual reporting, or APS corporate planning, ideally at the EL1 level. However, candidates at the APS6 level with strong coordination experience will also be considered. Key to success in this role will be excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative team player mentality. You will be proactive and able to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively support the development of key organisational reports and contribute to planning and performance processes.
