As a Motor Enthusiast Underwriter, you will be:
Taking incoming calls from our new and existing customers.Providing information and product knowledge to identify the right level of insurance protection to meet the customers' requirements.Striving to make the complex simple whilst ensuring the customers' needs are met.Sharing your passion for motoring and providing a unique service to ensure your customers can drive or ride forward with confidence, knowing they are covered by Shannons.What you'll bring A genuine passion for cars or motorbikes is essential.Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong rapport with customers.Proven problem-solving skills with a talent for simplifying complex issues for customers.A strong drive to meet and exceed targets, demonstrating consistent motivation.Eager to expand your knowledge and contribute ideas through innovative thinking.High technical proficiency with experience navigating multiple systems.Shifts & Hours We are currently recruiting for full-time positions for the below shift options:
Option 1: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – SW 8am-10am.Option 2: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – SW 9am – 11am.'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. This training will be held onsite at our Heatherton office.
Work from home requirements As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly.
You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:
