We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant Location:Marsden Park & Casula, NSW Job Summary:As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. You will be responsible for driving profitability, managing budgets, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. *this role also requires working on the floor in house alongside our staff* Requirements:Oversee and participate in all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions. Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies. Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to drive profitability and control expenses.Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that food and beverage costs are controlled.Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety. Conduct regular inspections and maintain a clean and safe environment.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
