As an Intensive Therapeutic Case Manager supporting the far north region, you will play a pivotal role in providing holistic support to young people in need In this role you will provide quality case management support for Children & Young people residing within our therapeutic care homes in the Tweed Heads and the Lismore Region. You will work closely with the Children, Young People and their support network to develop and implement therapeutic case plans that meet their individual needs and goals.

Role requirements:
* Relevant bachelor’s degree, or a relevant diploma and be working towards a degree. ( A qualification is desirable but not essential for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with relevant experience and a willingness to undertake further training)
* Previous complex case management experience within an Intensive Therapeutic Care or Out Of Home Care (OOHC) setting
* Experience supporting Children & Young People with disability, who have experienced backgrounds of trauma, abuse and/or neglect.
* Understanding of current casework practices for children and young people
* Understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people
* Current drivers’ licence
