About the role As a Support Worker within the Disability sector, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective care to patients in a variety of settings. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about helping others and committed to ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care possible. We are currently seeking experience, compassionate and reliable support work to work closely with one of our participants in the Maroochydore region. Your role will include but is not limited to, supporting the participant with their daily needs, assisting with their physical, emotional, and social well-being, assisting with their personal care tasks, medication administration assistance, daily living tasks and mealtime assistance. Responsibilities Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing Support patients in maintaining their personal hygiene and grooming. Provide emotional support and companionship to participants. Managing their medication Requirements Prior experience in disability care (essential) Experience with providing personal care to main dignity for participant Must have a valid driver’s licence.
