As they continue to grow they need a Day Tour Co-ordinator this role will consist of developing, planning & coordinating day tour itineraries.
This will include researching exciting destinations, creating strong relationships with both suppliers & customers, and continuously planning new events & tours.
You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, planning and managing drivers itineraries and customer flyers for Day Tours offered to our group clients.
This position requires a compassionate approach, exceptional organisational skills, and an understanding of the needs of senior travellers.
Key responsibilities include: Handle client enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service to ensure all questions are answered promptly and accurately.
Create, maintain, and distribute detailed itineraries, confirmations, and necessary travel documents for tour drivers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address and resolve any customer or operational issues that arise, offering timely, professional solutions to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all guests.
Assist with the coordination and management of domestic senior group travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and securing National Park permits when necessary.
Maintain thorough and organised records of all travel and tour arrangements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Work closely with the team, suppliers, and tour drivers to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional travel experiences.
