Key Responsibilities:
This is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Agents in central Gold Coast with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a service to customers that is second to none! On a day to day basis, this role will see you completing the following administration duties:
* Be the right-hand person to this busy team
* Assisting a team of sales agents with Auctions
* Process and preparing contracts & Form 6's
* Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
* Advertising OFI times
* Database entry and management
To be successful you will:
* Previous administration experience in Real Estate with a large sales team
* Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Immaculately presented
* Understanding of REX, DocuSign & Real Works advantageous
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Possess a strong work ethic
