Job Title: Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative.
This role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Australia and internally within departments such as Marketing, Procurement, and Finance.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
* Understand unique customer needs and goals.
* Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activities.
Administrative Duties:
* Manage customer accounts and update CRM systems.
* Process orders and handle related documentation.
* Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Requirements:
* A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Experience in sales or customer service is ideal but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Working Conditions:
Full-time or casual position, office-based with occasional travel, standard office hours with some flexibility required.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
