Your duties will include:Managing a high volume of food production while keeping with Cliftons' quality standards.Designing and creating menus of corporate catering for event delegates over the week.Collaborating with clients and internally on menu planning and costing for special events (e.g. canape events, themed events).Overseeing and monitoring food deliveries, stock, costs, and equipment.Guiding casual kitchen staff.Providing exemplary customer service to our clients and delegates.What Type Of Person Will Be SuccessfulTo succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking. You should be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
