About the Role
Join the BOQ Group in a contract role and be at the heart of our culture transformation. In this role you'll be a key player in renewing our commitment to providing opportunities for Leaders to grow and develop with a suite of initiatives to uplift their leadership capability.
Partnering closely with the Head of Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high-quality Leadership and Development Programs for our people leaders. From a design perspective, you will be responsible for the development of some of our Leadership program collateral, ensuring this is engaging and relevant to a diverse audience. From a delivery perspective, we will be looking for you to facilitate our programs, whether that be in person or virtually. These initiatives are driven towards driving strong commercial outcomes for the bank, strengthening our risk culture and building our leadership capability and maturity. Beyond our programs, you’ll be active in ensuring we are achieving outcomes and partner with colleagues to ensure our leadership attributes and practice are embedded into our employee experience.

You're resourceful, always ready to dive in and find the information you need, and able to build quality relationships with your stakeholders. Your communication skills are top-notch, both in writing and in person, and you approach problem-solving with a human-centered design and systems thinking mindset.
