This is a key senior management role for the business, responsible for maximising sales and driving effective retail operations.This role requires travel and reports to the director of the business, the National Sales Manager and State Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have:
7. Minimum 5 years managing a multi-site environment
8. Extensive retail management experience in a multi-site retailer
9. Excellent communication, analytical and strong leadership skills
10. Highly motivated and results focused
11. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
12. Proven experience in the successful management and development of people.
13. Developed PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
14. Tertiary qualifications in a retail or business discipline is desirable, not essential
Key Responsibilities:
15. Managing in-store teams; management of up to 15 stores
16. Driving projected sales & KPI's to reach and exceed company profitability targets
17. Wage percentage goals
18. Conducting stocktakes
19. People development goals and visual merchandising within your area to deliver a profitable outcome for the business
20. Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by all stores
21. Recruitment, Training and development of store teams
