The role
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our Adbri Masonry team based in Stapylton, Queensland.
You will support the team in the production of quality Masonry products as part of a company which strives to maintain its position as a market leader.
We will provide the successful candidate with specific and thorough masonry product training to link your existing skills and knowledge to our industry. We will also invest in your development, providing the opportunity to expand your experience if you demonstrate the desire and aspiration to grow with us.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis working on the afternoon shift from 12:00 to 20:00.
Responsibilities
* Support the production team including general labouring duties and basic machine operation
* Follow correct work procedures at all times ensuring safety, health and environment standards are maintained
* Operation of forklifts for the movement of goods to/from the work area
* Basic maintenance of forklifts, plant and equipment in the work area
* Quality Assurance and packaging of outgoing goods
* Ensure yard and inventory is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion
* Following established procedures for documenting and/or reporting work performed, hazards and incidents
* General housekeeping and cleaning

* Ability to communicate confidently and work in a team
* Ability and desire to multiskill and perform various production role tasks
* Forklift High Risk License
