Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and booking rooms for visitors.
2. Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk so that customers’ expectations are consistently exceeded.
3. Motivate and develop the Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
Operational Management
1. To maintain Front Office log book and shift reports.
2. Respond to inquiries and resolve problems in an effective manner.
3. Ensure all guests receive a swift, smooth, professional, and friendly check-in and check-out.
4. Maintain a record of all banquet and any other functions in the hotel.
5. Liaise with other departments for the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
6. Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the post.
7. Liaise with Housekeeping for the Room Status.
8. Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
1. Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
2. Fresher or Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
3. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
4. Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.

1. Good communication and customer contact skills.
2. Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
3. Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
4. Self-motivated and energetic.
5. Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
