See yourself in our team: As a Security Remediation Analyst - Urgent Care program within Group Security, you will help protect the bank and our customers through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy, and operational risk. The Urgent Care team is passionate about identifying opportunities to leverage existing and new technologies to mitigate risks that span across cyber, fraud, and protective security domains. As Security Remediation Analyst in the Urgent Care program, you will support the organisation on key and vital remediation initiatives to ensure the safety of the wider group and its customers. You will also: Operate security technologies to support the function of the bank’s systems. Support the Senior Manager on key financials including manage budgets and procurement and preparing reports for the Senior Leadership Team. Create and or improve current process to maximise the efficiency and productivity of team’s requirements. Manage the Jira board, Confluence space and other delivery tools and services, compiling reports, and packs (PowerPoint) going through OKR’s and other dependencies. Analyse and prepare reports on Security Remediation activities, deliverables, timelines, impacts, and implications to team members and stakeholders. Supporting key stakeholders across the businesses Security Remediation domain, technology partners, risk, project, and internal and external operational teams. Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with engineering, project management, and business analysis teams, helping align security needs with Urgent Care objectives. Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on the latest security trends, tools, and best practices, enhancing your knowledge to support Urgent Care mission. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Have a background in business analysis or project coordination. Have sound knowledge across Cyber Security domains e.g., Risk, Vulnerability Management, Detect and Respond, Cyber Controls, Fraud Operations, DDOS Mitigation etc. Are experienced across security remediation and/or urgent care. Are comfortable in communicating to senior leaders to address their pain points and provide strategies to alleviate issues. Posses Tertiary qualifications in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related discipline. Pride themselves in having a mindset focused on continuous improvement, are eager to enhance and optimize security defences. Are constantly collaborating across teams and able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Are commitment to learning and developing knowledge in cyber security, staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
