Based in Balcatta, we're seeking a Broker with strong service and communication skills, looking to take the next step in their career; or a seasoned Broker who is after a balanced work arrangement. As Account Manager, you will oversee and grow a varied book of SME clients with an emphasis on driving growth within our target industries. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for servicing and supporting a commercial book of business end-to-end, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of your clients. What you will need: Minimum of 2 years Insurance Broking experience and Tier 1 Broking qualification. A comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance policies for SME businesses e.g., bus packs, workers comp, liability & ISRs. A keen interest and desire to succeed in a sales position with a proven track record of hitting targets & KPIs. A high level of business acumen and negotiating skills.
