This financial control focused role will see you supporting the Finance Manager Stock & International Trade to drive strong commercial decision making, aiding through accurate and efficient reporting on inventory performance, production, manufacturing cost, and more.You'll also;Be responsible for the processing, accounting and reporting of inventory across distribution centres and storesEnsure efficient month end by posting accurate accounting journals, reconciliation, investigation and reporting in line with Accounting Standards and policiesReview, troubleshoot and analyse the store shrinkage accounts based on data, business process and reportingProvide reporting on DC Earned Gross and identify areas for loss mitigationProvide insightful analytics to key stakeholder on inventory and stock loss managementManage timely processing of overseas supplier invoices and oversee payment runsEnsure clean audits at half year and full year endWork with the Treasury team with managing foreign currency hedges and ensuring sufficient hedge cover is maintained for future paymentsFX gain/ loss, cost price variance and logistic analysis and reportingMaintaining rates (exchange rates and shipping rates) across multiple systemsAbout you and your skillsYou will be able to provide key analytical support and work collaboratively with the Treasury Team, providing both support and challenge to ensure the best possible business outcomes.
