This Full-time, Long-Term Contract position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing Community Support Worker Rosters for the Optimal Ageing workforce and clients.As the Optimal Ageing Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective coordination, preparation, and management of rosters for publication and communication to the Optimal Ageing workforce and clients.
Your critical responsibilities will include developing and forecasting operational rosters for Optimal Ageing clients, ensuring staff are utilised appropriately and in compliance with service delivery requirements under a client-directed care model.This is a regional role across sites, primarily working for the Southern Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island teams within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.
