Our client is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join their team as a Service Advisor at their site based in Broome. This role would ideally suit someone currently doing this type of role or similar.

The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the customer and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties included:
* Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitors
* Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately
* Taking enquires and service bookings
* Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
* Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
* Liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
* Gaining authorisation for extra work
* Helping bring new business into the service department
Skills and experience:
* Must have high attention to detail
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner
* Sound knowledge of auto mechanics
A good remuneration package is on offer, including good retainer and uncapped commissions. Some relocation assistance is also on offer.
